I'm new to Rula but so far the experience has been an ease. From the customer service when I called, to the scheduling and rescheduling through the portal I've had a great experience. The best part is my therapist is phenomenal!

If I could leave a zero I would. The support team is an absolute joke. They have no idea what they’re doing. I have talked to so many people and not one knows what’s going on. I feel more distraught after my experiment with the company that’s supposed to help. Run away as fast as you can. Update, now they charged me again me after they refunded me due to their error. I’m escalating complaint
The therapist I worked with was awesome. The platform is nonsense. They auto-book you weeks out in advance assuming everyone can meet at the same time every day. Then you have to manually find all these appointments and cancel them. If you don't, $99 charge per appointment. There is no leniency for having to cancel an appointment within 24 hours either. Awesome therapists, terrible platform. I will never use it again.
There are so many therapists, and to not have to leave the comfort of my home means that I have never had to miss a scheduled appt. I have seen 2 therapists as well as my husband. We have been happy so far!
I have seen a few therapist that were not a good fit. My current therapist is just what I needed. She is doing a great job at providing me the tools I need.

My partner and I really enjoy our therapist. She’s able to tailor her message for each of us to grasp. Rula has amazing availability as well. You’d have to wait months to see a regular therapist and I got in three appointments this month.
Provider is excellent. And Rula service is very efficient, no administrative burden whatsoever.
Hillary is so comforting and calming. She makes it easy to feel open and vulnerable. Being able to do something with my hands also helps tremendously

I was diagnosed with bipolar one; on my transition of taking my medications I was recommended to have therapy and I never considered therapy because it's something I did not believe in; after starting out with a Rula therapist my perception of therapy has changed. They take the time to listen to you and advise you according to your needs. At the end of your sessions you will have a good feeling and satisfaction of your time spent on therapy.

Rula makes it really easy to schedule appointments and work with the staff. Tye people I spoke to seem genuinely concerned and got me headed in the right direction. The counselor I had for family therapy was incredible. Very kind and compassionate and able to get my son and me on the right track I was so happy with the results. I continue to do individual therapy with him to try to work on my PTSD symptoms. I’m very thankful for every session I have with my counselor. Having a great counselor, and an awesome staff to back it up has made this a wonderful experience.
