Refuse to fix the problem
The last 10 days I have called, emailed, and had 3-three way calls with my insurance company on the line trying to get $150 refunded that charged me as a self pay when my insurance covers the appointments at a $15 copay. They are awful!! You are not allowed to speak to a supervisor even with the insurance company asking for one. They never call back. I’m more stressed now than when I started.
