Hands-down, the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had with online therapy.

I don't feel i was fully listened too. Nor did my therapist ever give me any help or tools. So yes honestly a giant waste of money

My provider is great! I don’t like the 24hr cancelation rule where you get charged $99 if you have to reschedule or cancel. I understand why it is there, but also, when you have multiple providers (rula and external med dr) sometimes appointments do get confused and a little grace (1 time exception or something) would be nice... especially if you are self pay. I dont like having to use 10 (exaggeration) emails to get into my account... why isn't there just an app that uses 2 factor authentication?

All three mental health professionals assigned to me have been immensely helpful. The communication, the availability, the flexibility have been exceptional.

The site was easy to navigate and figure out. Response time was impressively fast. They accepted my insurance, where many did not. There is a wide array of specialists/therapists so it was easy to choose what I thought might be the right fit, and even when the first counselor canceled on me, I was immediately redirected to choosing another. The second person I chose seems to be a great fit to help me grow past my issues. Communication has been a breath of fresh air compared to others I've dealt with.

The turn around time on questions was quick and professional. I had to change insurance provider and the team helped me through it and were very responsive both through email and text.

Rula has been extremely helpful when I needed a therapist who could see me during evenings. My therapist has been great! I really feel like she understand me and my struggles with anxiety and provides practical suggestions to help me.

If not for Rula, I would not have started personal and marriage therapy. They made it so easy to find a therapist and best of all, they are covered under my health insurance. I’m so grateful. The website works great and is super secure. I do wish there was an app so I didn’t have to use Zoom.

I really like my therapist. From the photo, she seemed so sincere like she really cares about others. Then I met her, and she did not disappoint. She listens, she does not interrupt me when I'm talking, and she helped me to understand myself better.

I was having issues with my daughter's account and the representatives were amazing. They helped my frustration go away. They are very knowledgeable and will follow up if you don't answer. They do what they have to do to make sure you get the help you need.
