I had no previous experience with rule.com, (darn autocorrect), so I missed my first zoom meeting with my new doctor. That was because I do not open messages or emails from unknown sources. He had to call me to tell me that the calls were being set up by a third-party, that is rula.com. I don’t know what you can do to fix that, but if he had not called me I would never have known to open the message instead of deleting it. it was important information to have ahead of time. Fortunately, it got cleared up. The calls have gone smoothly since then.

Attentive and guide the conversation professionally. I wish that the Therapist would be more educated on what wellness resources are available for us to inquire about for additional therapeutic guidance and therapy. More focus on mental and physical health because it is important for the growing process, to get out there and deal with reality but the tools are not there to assist. Also, not all require healing, it's a state of mind and physical experience creates a more holistic approach from a global view and becomes relateable.

Rula has streamlined match-making in therapist/client relationships. In the past, it was often time consuming, awkward, and incredibly discouraging when I did not automatically “click” with an assigned therapist. Rula brings a lot of ease and transparency to the entire process by giving small biographies on each of their therapists and by allowing the client to choose with whom they would like to schedule an appointment. In addition, if you find that your therapist is not the right fit, you are able to go onto the website and search for a new one until you’ve found whoever you feel will best fit your needs. I cannot express enough the importance of finding the right match when it comes to therapy. It truly makes all the world of a difference when you connect with your provider and you feel safe sharing your innermost thoughts and experiences with them. If you are hesitant or fearful of the often taboo “therapy”, please reconsider and give Rula a shot. They might just be exactly what you need.
