It’s very easy to find a therapist and make appts

My experience has been positive. It has been easy, affordable, and swift. I've tried to work with outside psychiatric systems with my insurer with little success (for years) until I was connected with Rula. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and move around therapists with ease! and the referral system is great. i actually want to go to therapy sessions now.

My therapist has a genuine, sincere & empathetic willingness to engage the challenges and difficulties I bring to his attention. I’ve valued his input & suggestions. But probably most of all I feel heard & understood. He also doesn’t tell me specifically “what “ to do. He gives me tools to help me figure out what I should do!

I have received great customer care with Rula and the team who they have. They answer my questions and I have been able to reach them when I need them.
