My therapist really listened to me and what the problem was and unlock most therapist, he broke it down and more simple steps slower, you know, so it wouldn't be so hard for me, which is exactly what I needed he understood and was willing to take the time.

My doctor rescheduled my appointment with my child several times and when my kid couldn't keep it straight (they got all the emails and reminders, not me), they charged me a $150 no-show fee. Then there was another appointment on my calendar... which I didn't know about, and I'm sure was another attempt to get a $150 fee. This, on top of not being able to contact the doctor outside of making an appointment. And when the prescription the doctor recommended was "lost" there was nothing I could do but make yet another appointment. I'm pretty sure this site exists to get the $150 missed appointment fees. I called my insurance to get a new provider. I'm done.

Rula has a great database of therapists. There were many to choose from. The detail of each therapist, including their background, specialty, how long they’ve been in practice, which insurance is they accept…etc. It was very easy to set up an appointment online. Rula will bill your insurance directly. It is designed to set up follow up appointment on Zoom with the therapist of your choice. The communication is excellent as well. You receive an email quickly for each transaction you do in their website.

This company will literally schedule you for appointments you didn't book and then charge you a $99 "cancellation" fee. Avoid like the plague and just call the therapists office yourself.

My daughter had one appointment yesterday with a therapist named Marisa It was paid for The therapist never called and cancelled an hour after the appointment after we had called We tried again for today after speaking with customer service An appointment was made for noon and again, confirmed by email No phone call as my daughter waited by the phone When I called at 12:30 I was told Anastasia had cancelled No one informed my daughter This is a mental health site and my daughter is more upset than when we started ! This site should be closed’

The process of setting up the appointment and completing the pre appointment checklist was really easy and fast. An appointment from home instead of driving thru traffic was much better and less stressful. The woman who I talked with was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding of the issues I was dealing with.
