I’ve had a good experience so far. The only thing I would say was an issue was the psychiatrist I picked left abruptly and it was hard to get my requested document from her. I eventually received it, but it was kind of a hassle getting it from her. But besides that, the platform is easy to operate and straight to the point. I like that you are able to choose your own therapist (race, qualifications, gender, etc.). I would change one thing about the sign in process; everytime you want to log in you have to enter your email, than Rula sends you a link to sign in.. I don’t particularly care for that as it makes the consumer go through, in my opinion, an unnecessary extra step.

Rula helped me match with my current Therapist. She has been a saving grace as I've been experiencing horrible anxiety. Without finding Rula i'm not sure I would have found her.

They did a great job sending me options of who would work well for me. I know I ended up choosing my therapist, but they are on top of it.

My therapist gets me and we click. My only concern feedback would be to ask if the check in survey could include a 'once or twice a week' option as 'never' and 'several days' seems like big jump between option 1 and 2. I like the virtual appointments.

There are several filters you can apply when selecting a therapist. There are so many different options and specialists of any kind. I had tried therapy before but I did not have a good experience, I was not expecting much this time around either so it was a happy surprise. An email is sent a few days before each appointment with the meeting link so I never had to set my own reminders. I honestly to don’t have anything negative to say which is strange, maybe I just got super lucky.

I found the perfect counselor for me through Rula. I would not hesitate to refer the system to anyone.

I was able to get a therapist that was suitable for me. I even recommended it to friends and family and they had an easy time connecting with therapists that they are happy with.
