Attentive and guide the conversation professionally. I wish that the Therapist would be more educated on what wellness resources are available for us to inquire about for additional therapeutic guidance and therapy. More focus on mental and physical health because it is important for the growing process, to get out there and deal with reality but the tools are not there to assist. Also, not all require healing, it's a state of mind and physical experience creates a more holistic approach from a global view and becomes relateable.
