I find talking with my therapist helps me understand I’m not the only one feeling depressed about the chaos that the felon is causing in this country. It makes me feel a little less hopeless.

I’m just at the beginning of my therapy, but I’m very happy that I can finally receive therapy from someone who speaks my mother tongue. It would be perfect if I had more options for psychotherapy and therapists who know and speak my language.

I really enjoy my sessions with Matt. He makes me think about things and has a way at coming at something from a different angle that makes me understand it better. Do I really want to hear some of it, no not really! But it shows he knows how to do his job and I am getting the insight I asked for.

Toccara was great. She was a great listener, she was really good about Not cutting me off. She made great suggestions about what I should do for Me. I could tell that she genuinely loves her job.

What made my experience great is that I finally found the right therapist for me! She's a sweetheart, so down-to-earth, understanding and offers so much insight. There's nothing wrong with asking for help with life issues and I'm so glad I found Rula!

Caring partners in my health journey

I've done online therapy before and got lucky to be paired with a good therapist, but RULA is tele-therapy with CHOICE. I could select my therapist personally by reading their own descriptions of their services and specialties. I was able to find a good match on my first try. I appreciate being able to message my therapist in between our sessions. One thing I do NOT love that I don't have a dedicated login - I need to request an access link from Rula every time I want to log in and check or change something. That's annoying. But the fact that they take my Covered California insurance and I can access quality therapy as frequently as I like for just a $15 copay is AMAZING.

Shavon Rich is the best! My husband and I have had 3 sessions with her so far and it has made a drastic shift in our marriage. As she always says we did the work but with her help and the help of our support system, we can overcome any obstacle that comes our way. She has made this experience an easy one and for that we are forever grateful!
