Our therapist is great; he gave us great material to study and work on.

Everything is going great so far although I thought I had an appointment last week at 6 PM. Last Tuesday to be specific I never got any questionnaire or login information.

THE FLEXIBILITY IS Wonderful, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR SCHEDULE VARIES. The therapist choices is wonderful.and we chose Jordan and we are making forward progress which is so wonderful.

Easy scheduling. Being able to review information about providers and selecting the one I feel most comfortable with is a bonus. This service is a wonderful addition to our healthcare system where access to services is limited.

Jaimi is a great therapist and has an amazing calming demeanor. She is very helpful in guiding sessions and defusing tension when hard topics arise. Taking couples therapy has been a positive development and we are optimistic of continuing to learn and grow as a couple.

We just started using Rula and I am extremely happy. We were using Kaiser, but we were not getting the appts needed in a timely manner for our son, they would either take so long to schedule it, once scheduled it would be every 2 weeks, 1 month sometimes every 2 months and our son needed his appts to be consistent in order for it to work. Not only that, they changed his therapist on several occasions. Using Rula, we were set up with 1 therapist, walked us down what we are to expect from her and what she is expected from us in order for these sessions to work and provided us with appts until next month, which I was grateful for. After 3-4 years of seeking a therapist for our son, we finally found one that we are happy with.
