Redrock charged service fee over £2000 a year yet squatters and homeless living underground parking, despite complaints being made on numerous occasions. Recently, they sent a picture of a cardboard with my tenant's name and address on and a fine of £100 bill to me as a leaseholder. My tenant has been living in the flat over 5 years and have never had any problem with bin. He believed the cardboard was taken out by squatters or homeless searching in the bin. In any case, anyone can just take a photo of a piece of paper with a name and address from the bin. I called NRLA and was advised that only the local council has the authority to fine misuse of bin. I requested them to provide evidence that my tenant was actually the one who placed the cardboard outside the bin which they cannot. It is obvious that Redrock just wanted to take money from residents and not do their maintenance job properly! Despicable and money grabber!

Exceptional customer service! I was issued with a penalty charge notice for my vehicle being parked at Caelum drive. Stacy and Kim helped to cancel the parking charge notice promptly when they were informed about the situation and as I own a property on Caelum drive they were very helpful to get this penalty charge notice removed from the parking management company. I would recommend them anytime and for any kind of customer service.

My most recent dealing this week was with Stacy Head in Credit Control who agreed a payment plan with me within hours of writing and removed a charge that had been wrongly added. I had sent an email on 18th July asking when we can expect a payment for o/s invoice. Chloe Griffin had responded the next day with an update. After a couple more emails, we received the payment on 24th July 2024 (5 working days after my chaser) Very good. I had also asked Chloe if she could provide me with the PO number for our next o/s invoice. Again Chloe responded the same day and politely explained the current status. Then I received the PO number the next day! Thank you Chloe for your help. Its great to get speedy responses from you. We're just waiting on the payment for that one now ;-)
