Stacy Head , who helped sort out an issue that arose due to personal circumstances…Stacy was very understanding and gave me some great help and advice… needless to say my issues were very efficiently resolved.
We have reported several issues of the building via the online platform 16 weeks ago. Guess what? No action nor responses from Red Rock at all. I have tried calling them at the office hours but never reached the person in charge of our building.
Chloe Griffin and the Purchase Ledger Team sorted out a query I had very speedily and kept me in the loop throughout. Excellently looked after by those folks.
Holly has been prompt and very helpful. I feel confident that if I contact her she will make the effort to support me
Since buying my property 6 months ago and becoming a director of the building (5 flat building in Balham) I have had nothing but positive experiences with our contact Ellie Koppenaal. She is quick to respond to my emails and whatapps and makes sure all aspects of Redrocks management is explained to me and the directors if we ask.

Red Rock took over management of some of our blocks after a bad experience with another managing agent and they have been efficient in managing the buildings. We have in particular dealt with Naz, Kyle, Adrian, Paul and Chloe.

We are having issues with this company for the past 4 months. There is a leak in the building I live which is manager by them and it has never been resolved after a lot of complaints has been made. We are living with mould at the entrance of the building and wet tiles which is so dangerous not only for our healthy but also an accident can occur any time. Inside my kitchen I have mould due to the leaking and I had to take my food out the cupboards and put it on the floor . As u can imagine living in hell atm!!!! I have spoken on the phone and through emails many times and it seems that any actions has been made yet . Always with promises they will get back to us but as usual they never do. Jeremy is the main person who is responsible for the building but I can’t see any interest on him to resolve this. This situation is absolutely unacceptable and I want this report gets into Adrian Calver (this name was given to me by The Property Ombudsman) and we NEED A SOLUTION to this !!!!
Red Rock i find are on the ball when it comes to emergency services and always follow each job from start to finish. A good Property Management Company with pleasant staff to deal with. Thank you Red Rock Team.

I will give them 0 stars out of 5,very,very poor management ,just wanted to take money from residents but not do any maintenance or replying in time to the emails and concerns. And now just received and email asking to pay more money for a period of time which they haven’t been in charge of our building for this period 01-12.22 . And when you are late with one day of payment they don’t care they charged you for late payment but why is not applicable for you as Estate when you don’t replying on our emails,or our concerns. They promised high level of service when they took over in January but the truth is far from that in every way
