Purchase Ledger Team are always efficient. Processing and paying invoices promptly with attention to details. We never have to query or chase on payment
Red Rock Property Management have been very impressive in their dealings with the leaseholders. In particular I would like to thank Jeremy Doran who looks after our estate, Paul Boggas from Accounts and Adrian Calver the MD. Any requests are dealt with quickly and efficiently, and Jeremy is always available to resolve issues during evenings and weekends. Well done to the team.

I am living a review this afternoon because I feel that the service I get from Ellie is always welcoming. She is always friendly and easy for me to communicate with any issues or problems I may I have to address. At the end of each calls that I have made she always delivery and make sure that it's done. Having a friendly member is always positive and made the customer feels good especially when things get resolved at the end. Ellie thank you for your always friendly voice approach when I call and also for your excellent verbal communication skills.

Absolutely dreadful service ! No communication at all in fact they refuse to talk to me on the phone ! They promised gold level service when they took over in January but the truth is far from that in every way .
