Been querying the service charge demand which was due to be served in May. Stacey has been chasing up for me and although no response from the business, Stacey has kept me in the loop and attempted to chase multiple times.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Stacy head (credit controller) few times now, relating to queries I had on my account and she is so helpful, professional and replies to emails promptly. I was charged £90 late fees but after explaining my situation, the charges were removed from my account immediately. I have also spoken to her on the phone before, very polite and professional. Every query I have had has been dealt with swiftly by Stacy. She is amazing!

Gave us 3 months notice as no longer doing blocks under a certain size, then on the end date advised they would not be handing over funds and financial information for up to three months post termination leaving us unable to function or pay anyone. Following many weeks of chasing and escalating to the MD he claimed they held no unaccounted for funds. Once they finally handed over they in fact held £27k of our funds the whole time. Despite numerous requests for an explanation the MD Adrian Chilvers then refused to respond despite agreeing to do so once the handover was complete. Sadly you can't give zero stars so it pains me to have to give them one. Avoid at all costs. I will add I placed this same review on Google and Adrian did reply to that by completely failing to address any of the factual detail above and instead replying with rhetoric and falsehoods. Please read that if you want to understand the nature of the company
