A good company to work for. The works orders are detailed and communications with the team is always first rate. Invoice payments for works carried out are usually timely.

I find all the RRPM Team extremely responsive and I know from personal experience that this is rare from a management company so it's refreshing! My most recent dealing this week was with Stacy Head in Credit Control who agreed a payment plan with me within hours of writing. In the past, I have found Shevette and Jane from the Legal Team really helpful too.

The Purchase leger team are very easy to get hold of on the phone or by email and are very easy to talk to. Actions are dealt with promptly and professionally.
