Routes Car Rental

I had a positive experience at Routes. Nass the agent who helped me out was very friendly and resourceful. He got me into a vehicle which fit my family needs. Also Akshay the manager was friendly and helpful in getting us a good deal for the car seats we needed. Would recommend Routes car rental.

This was not my first time with Routes. I had a longer than usual wait. They were short staffed and had a line of customers picking up cars. The staff behind the desk worked very hard and did their best to get people cars, deal with unpleasant and difficult customers. Today’s experience was not the norm. Routes is till my first choice for car rentals st the Toronto Airport. My suggestion for improvement, a coffee machine, would have made my morning! 😀

Extremely disappointed in your lack of customer service (called several times and waited over an hour just to get in touch with someone) and your inability to be compassionate with the customer. Very disappointed in your hidden policies that make it difficult to make any modifications or cancellations to reservations - it's a complete cash grab and I will never trust your services again.

This company is horrible. I was asked if my husband was going to drive, I told them he would be the only driver because I never drive when were on vacation. They put him down as an extra driver, but never mention a charge or I would have said something. I find out later that they charged me for it. I never even got behind the wheel. Also, they called me and said they ran my card and it was denied. I told them that was a lie because it was over $6000 worth of credit on that card. They said if I did not pay they would report it to the credit bureau. This is my first and last time renting from this company. Everyone please stay clear if you don't want to be charged for things you did not use.

Website was easy to navigate and gave me relevant information on renting the vehicle.

scammers, sketchy tacits want 1500$ deposit on a 40$ rental shitty customer service

Scammers. Don't know how people who work there sleep at night. Booked through CarRentals (Expedia )Would not except Expedia insurance I paid even though it did cover the rental. Their office is a long way from the reputable companies at the airport. Long lines of people complaining. They charge $12 a day of going to the next state. I wish I had read the bad reviews.
