Easy to order online,good price and very efficient delivery

There was good communication leading up to the delivery. I was able to give instructions on a safe place to leave the item if I was not in when they delivered, (as I had a hospital appointment.) They delivered when they said, and were very polite. The item was very well protected and wrapped. I am pleased with the company and the delivery service, and would recommend highly.

Really helpful on the phone and managed to get tiles that our roofer insisted we wouldn't be able to get for weeks. Arrived a day ahead of expected delivery. An issue with delivery where the driver thought we had a forklift (it's a residential property!) and he didn't have the equipment to move such heavy pallets over the pavement on to the drive, so in spite of his valiant effort the tiles had to be left on the road and we had to carry them in. Assumed this was the independent delivery company error and so still given 5 stars for otherwise excellent service.

My order was delivered well ahead of the schedule. Excellent customer service with constant updates on the order progress. The product quality is up to mark for the given price. The only thing is delivery charge which is bit higher.

Purchased 1500 Marley moderns which were ordered on a Tuesday and Quickly delivered to my address on A Thursday morning via a local transport company. The ridges / hips were delivered a few days later which got sourced for me as were out of stock. Many thanks

I ordered some roof tiles which were hard to get hold of plus had quite a few questions about what I wanted,delivery,ect. The guy I spoke to (Ross Mclaren) couldn’t have been more helpful and replying to my emails within a few minutes. The delivery was bang on time with an email for time slot on the day I was told,so would definitely recommend roof stores to anyone I know with confidence. 5 star service

I ordered roof tiles (showing as available) and it was processed and payment taken with delivery promised in 3 working days. A day before delivery, I received an email saying that they have realised the stock is damaged so I can choose an alternative product or receive a refund. I took the refund which was made timely. Three days later I ordered a different set of tiles (showing as available) and again was processed and payment taken with delivery promised in three working days. A day before delivery, I received an email AGAIN saying sorry the stock is damaged so I can choose an alternative product or receive a refund! How can this happen twice for different tiles. How can they keep on advertising tiles for sale and deducting payment only to then note at a later date that the stock is damaged! Surely this should b checked before making them available for sale. Once is bad, but to happen twice in a week just suggests the processes in place (if any) are failing and needs to be addressed. So not only has this been a waste of my time, but is also causing delays to my project and causing stress which could have been avoided! At least the refunds appear to be processed timely.
