It was such an easy process and the driver delivering my car was so accommodating to my schedule and drop off location! Would definitely use again!

There is a serious disconnect between the booking agent who gives you a quote, and the customer service team. I repeatedly conveyed my timeline to the booking agent who promised me that timeline would work. The day of shipping came, and I had not received any information as to a driver or confirmation that it was going to be picked up. I was then on hold for 20 minutes before I was hung up on. Then I called again and was on hold again for another 20 minutes, and the customer service agent was condescending and short with me. She then hung up on me. I called back again, waited another 20 minutes for someone to pick up, spoke with them and was told that my concerns were not enough to elicit speaking to a manager. During this time I'll have repeated message with the booking agent, who never called but decided to respond with an email that told me it will all work out. I'm not sure how they know it will all work out because I was told they only book it. They do not schedule the trucks. I was finally able to connect with a manager, who listened with empathy, offered up. apologies and tried her best to provide alternatives. I will not be using you in the future, and will not be recommending your organization and services to friends.

David was professional, and truck arrived at the location he said in the same condition it was picked up. And on time.

Contracted them to move a car from VA to KY. Was given one price online, another when they called and a third higher price when they finalized booking. Day of pick up they text us at 9 in the morning and told us the driver would be there in two to three hours, 5 hours later we called and they more or less told us it’s not their problem and gave us the contracted drivers number. He never answered call or texts, but did show up after 630pm. He was unable to drive the car onto the trailer, my wife drove it on the trailer as it was evident he couldn’t drive a standard, despite saying he could, and almost tearing the front bumper off while lurching back and forward on the trailer tearing up my clutch. Delivered two days late and in the middle of the night with the back window smashed out and a chunk of a brick in the back seat. They left the car in the driveway without notification that it arrived or providing the bill of lading or doing the vehicle inspection surely to avoid explaining the window. Trying to get information from roadrunner was a total waste of time. The absolute worst “customer service” you will get anywhere on planet earth. They do not return calls they do not update the “tracker”(attached photo shows it was still at the pickup location when it was already delivered). The dispatch team is horrible, rude and from all indications, incompetent. You would be wise to not trust this company with your vehicle. UPDATE: While the customer service during the delivery process was as described above, the claims department did reach out to me by email and phone and were very helpful, apologetic and settled my claim agreeing to pay for the damages.

Transported in a very timely manor with 0 issues on any part. Second time using road runner, would use again.

Price was good. Pickup and delivery right on schedule. Periodic updates were comforting. Driver very pleasant.

I got updates almost every day up until delivery and they called, texted and sent pictures of the delivery! I was at ease using them and definitely would recommend them to anyone!

The pick up process was very easy and the driver communicated his schedule and estimated time of arrival very clearly. The drop off was equally as easy and the car was delivered without any damage.
