Horrible drivers, dispatchers, and inaccurate quotes

Contracted them to move a car from VA to KY. Was given one price online, another when they called and a third higher price when they finalized booking. Day of pick up they text us at 9 in the morning and told us the driver would be there in two to three hours, 5 hours later we called and they more or less told us it’s not their problem and gave us the contracted drivers number. He never answered call or texts, but did show up after 630pm. He was unable to drive the car onto the trailer, my wife drove it on the trailer as it was evident he couldn’t drive a standard, despite saying he could, and almost tearing the front bumper off while lurching back and forward on the trailer tearing up my clutch. Delivered two days late and in the middle of the night with the back window smashed out and a chunk of a brick in the back seat. They left the car in the driveway without notification that it arrived or providing the bill of lading or doing the vehicle inspection surely to avoid explaining the window. Trying to get information from roadrunner was a total waste of time. The absolute worst “customer service” you will get anywhere on planet earth. They do not return calls they do not update the “tracker”(attached photo shows it was still at the pickup location when it was already delivered). The dispatch team is horrible, rude and from all indications, incompetent. You would be wise to not trust this company with your vehicle. UPDATE: While the customer service during the delivery process was as described above, the claims department did reach out to me by email and phone and were very helpful, apologetic and settled my claim agreeing to pay for the damages.
