The carrier delivered my vehicle before anticipated 😊

For more than a month after my auto transport was booked from Utah to NC, Road Runner did nothing but send me emails confirmed that I was booked. The moving day came and went, I flew away from Utah and they called me late that day (after I told them it must be booked by noon) and FINALLY found some one, but wanted to charge me $175 more than the agreed upon price. The guy was somewhat reasonable on the phone but the too late offer clearly helps no one. When I refused to pay the extra fee for terrible service, they cancels my order. Now I’m stuck finding a new way to get my car to NC. I’d happily pay anyone else the higher fee ($1400) to move my car if it didn’t give money to this company. Avoid them. They will drop the ball and then leave you in a bind

RoadRunner Transport is a very professional company. Customer Service is #1 to them. They were on time for the pickup, and kept me informed every step of the way.

The driver was picked up within the time promised and delivered same in good condition to the destination at a good time on the promised day. Driver was very considerate and nice.

I booked in March and today 4 days prior to pickup they called to Strongarm me to now pay almost 1,300 ! I’m writing this so you do not fall victim to this scam ripoff company! The driver was prompt, communicated well and was great all around. Car arrived in perfect condition. Couldn't ask for more out of an auto transport. Will be using them exclusively.

I used this review site to decide to go with Road Runner. Big mistake. After being assured my SUV would be picked up, I’ve received no response or update for the two days past my scheduled pick up. Called several times but received no information. Finally I cancelled and now have to drive 1200 miles. DON'T USE THEM.
