Great with communication skills and on time.

After reading a lot of negative reviews of auto transport companies, I had some concerns about this process. I'm happy to say that RoadRunner made this a smooth and easy experience. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and the automated progress updates via text and email were fantastic. Shipping was also surprisingly fast. I'd recommend RoadRunner to anyone who needs to ship vehicle.

Rude and bait & switch experts. Don't trust them.

I was surprised at how simple this was to setup. While the timing everything was a little more flexible than I expected, everything worked out and I had a car delivered across the country safe and soundly.

RoadRunner picked up my car on time and arrived early for their drop-off. It worked out very well for me since I was able to pick up my car after arriving at the airport instead of waiting several days for the scheduled delivery. I am very impressed by them and will certainly recommend them to my friends.

What made this experience great was the driver. These drivers do a hard job. It’s not just physically demanding; they have to deal with traffic, delays, challenging customers and a hundred other variables. My driver kept me informed about the pickup time, showed up with a smile, worked hard loading my vintage pickup truck, reached the drop off location on time, took great care unloading even though it was late, and drove off into the night to his next job. This was a faultless auto shipping experience. Thank you.
