Custom service is NOT customer friendly
There is a serious disconnect between the booking agent who gives you a quote, and the customer service team. I repeatedly conveyed my timeline to the booking agent who promised me that timeline would work. The day of shipping came, and I had not received any information as to a driver or confirmation that it was going to be picked up. I was then on hold for 20 minutes before I was hung up on. Then I called again and was on hold again for another 20 minutes, and the customer service agent was condescending and short with me. She then hung up on me. I called back again, waited another 20 minutes for someone to pick up, spoke with them and was told that my concerns were not enough to elicit speaking to a manager. During this time I'll have repeated message with the booking agent, who never called but decided to respond with an email that told me it will all work out. I'm not sure how they know it will all work out because I was told they only book it. They do not schedule the trucks. I was finally able to connect with a manager, who listened with empathy, offered up. apologies and tried her best to provide alternatives. I will not be using you in the future, and will not be recommending your organization and services to friends.
