I am so happy with every stage of the process. We had consistent updates and all our question were answered promptly. Every person we dealt with was professional and polite.

Everything went as planned but it was hard communicating with the driver. Had to have his son interpret over a phone to communicate and understand when vehicle would get there
My car was picked up on time and the driver notified me of approximately time of delivery. I was again notified by the driver 30 minutes before delivery. My car had no issues, and I was very pleased with the whole process. Also, RoadRunner had the lowest quote.

Dispatch was good to work with payment. Options were easy to deal with and the driver was more than helpful. Everyone involved did a wonderful job.
The company was unable to pick up on the designated date of June 16th but they did accommodate the last resort 8AM on the 17th which I appreciate. I received the vehicle in less than 24 hours. Thank you.

It’s a no for me. On June 6th, I scheduled a pickup for June 15th. On June 13th, my carrier was assigned - Solo Liner LLC. Road Runner’s emails stated that my pickup date was confirmed and that I would hear from them 2-3 hours before pickup on the scheduled day. June 15th came and left…I never heard from the third party. I called Road Runner and left messages, hoping to speak with the someone to no avail. I called all day Sunday and Monday…nothing from either party. I flew out on 6/16 which is why I scheduled it for 6/15 because that’s the day I was going to be there for pickup. On 6/16, I get a phone call from another third party (not the one mentioned above) stating that they are outside to pickup my vehicle. There was no heads up, no notice and Road Runner never emailed me to let me know that there would be a different third party picking up my vehicle. He was rude. I didn’t trust it and I was no longer available to hand my car over. Needless to say, I’ll never use them again and I would caution anyone considering. Communication is non-existent and I wouldn’t trust them with my floor mat much less my car. Stay away.
Our cat went out very last minute last Saturday and we were in a bind to get it back to Colorado from Kansas. Came across this company and had really great communication and was able to have the pickup at a certain time which helped tremendously. Highly recommend!

Pick up driver was careful to review car before taking off. Friendly and polite! Provided a 24 hour advance call before arriving at desigition.
