The customer service was perfect. The car arrived a day early. I would recommend this service to anyone. I actually already recommended it to my neighbor who is shipping a car to Seattle as well.

RoadRunner did an amazing job. From the first phone call to the release of our transaction, they were courteous, professional, and communicative. My contact person, Conner, did a great job. My vehicle move was made smooth and easy. The carrier they had do the transport also did a great job. My vehicle arrived the next day, safe and sound. I will highly recommend RoadRunner in any other reviews I can do.

I’m very pleased with this company. I had to ship my daughter’s car to her while she was at school. The price was exactly what was quoted online. Pick up was timely and delivery was as promised. I had a question and I called the carrier directly and they were very helpful. I highly recommend this company! Great service.

This is by far one of the worst transport companies I have ever dealt with. My car was supposed to be picked up on the tuesday. The sunday before I got an email saying everything was on time there had been no delays and I was i'm going to be picked up on tuesday as scheduled. I lost an entire day of pay to make this transaction happen and then I get a call at 9:00am the day of to tell me that no one would be coming until tomorrow. I was told they would be there.The wednesday at 11am. I was at the pickup spot, no one showed up. I got a call at eleven thirty saying the guy would not be here until 6pm. Went back to the meet up spot at 6pm still no show. I received a message at 6:30pm that he would not be here until 8pm. When you try to call the dispatcher to get some clarity on what's going on, they do not answer the phone and they choose when to answer your text messages. Just an awful experience.

I originally booked with another company, but the process was frustrating, requiring me to call them for confirmation. After researching Road Runners, I was impressed by the numerous positive reviews. I reached out to them and explained my situation. They were incredibly helpful because I was moving in just a few days. Their service was truly exceptional! I highly recommend this company. Excellent communication with us all along the way. They were also very flexible with dates and changes. We used them to avoid having to make a three-day drive to Miami. Our car arrived in a very short time and the process was very easy! I recommend Roadrunner.

I needed to have my car shipped across the country quickly after experiencing terrible service and delays with Navi Transport. My dad had used Road Runner to ship his car a couple of months ago and recommended that I use them as well. I was initially hesitant to choose them after seeing the price they quoted me, but I eventually decided to go ahead and schedule the transport. On the day of the pickup, the driver arrived late, outside of the promised pickup window. He also sounded unprofessional when he called me about the drop-off. However, one positive aspect of my experience with Road Runner was that they delivered my car four days earlier than they had promised. While it wasn't cheap, I would probably use Road Runner again if I need to transport my car in the future.

Transporter employee was very helpful and maintained good communication. He was also very pleasant to deal with.

The online quote was easy and very reasonable. A rep reached out to me, but I ended up scheduling the transport online. The scheduling was easy and the updates from RoadRunner were timely.
