The customer service from my initial phone call was professional and easy. The constant automated communication kept me on top of the pick up and drop off dates and times. The driver was friendly and gave us confidence our vehicle was in good hands.

Our experience with RoadRunner was far better than expected on the transport of our Lexus from Florida to California. We received a quote and the vehicle was picked up 1 day after we confirmed shipment! Pickup occurred at the large parking area of the gated community and the car showed up in front of our CA home 5 days later (2 days ahead of schedule). The driver was terrific and our car was delivered in perfect condition (just a little dirty from the journey). Will definitely use RoadRunner again if we need to transport a vehicle.
