Excellent communication and very fast delivery!

NOT RECOMMENDED! BE CAREFUL! Don’t trust this company! You can be responded while they try to have your booking or asking for more money for insurance after then. I ordered to ship my car with the guy name ANTHONY HERMAN, shipping it from Florida to San Jose. They didn’t show up to pick up the car and didn’t answer phones, emails, text messages . Not responding at all. I canceled the booking and book another company to ship my car. They did in some tricky to pick up my car without my permission from other company and kept my car for 4 days, then they called and emailed me to ask for money plus storage fees to release my car. The accounting staff girl named MELISSA CORSALE. This is an act of stealing personal property and extortion from this company and those people. I’ll take further actions sooner. Just let you guys know to be careful to do business with this company.

Easy & Efficient. They did a great job with pick up and delivery of my vehicle. I needed the vehicle to travel from Florida to California, and they did an excellent job. I received the vehicle was in the same condition as when I gave it to them. The only thing that could have been a little difficult to figure out was the drop off, as there was no expected delivery date given, no updates given along the way as to when it could be, and I was given a 1 hour "I'm coming" phone call. I was able to make it work, but I had to leave a previous engagement in order to get the vehicle. Overall this was a great experience, and I'm glad to have had my vehicle transported through RoadRunner.

There a 2-3 hours window when carrier will arrive. Either than that the service was good.

Company did what they said they would do, were on time, courtous and communicated well.

Everything was good with the transport of the car would definitely use road runner again when I need to transport.the only thing that wasn’t good is that Freddy Cortez would not return any of my calls when I asked a question about the shipment

They pick up my car and deliver it on time. Communication with roadrunner wasn't that good. The driver of the truck did communicate with us letting us know that they were on their way

Very efficient, good communication, along with excellent documentation of pick up condition with quick delivery cross country. Bottom line they were worth the price and I felt it was extremely fair.

The whole process was effortless. I booked online on a Thursday and my car was picked up for shipment the following Monday. It was delivered to my home 4 states away in only 3 days. I didn't even have to be present for pickup. 10 out of 10 recommend. I need to have another car shipped this summer and will use RoadRunner again.

This was a good experience I had my car shipped with my things inside the car was delivered out of state in one day the service was great with keeping me updated and the driver also kept me updated when he was coming and dropping off the car I highly recommend them

Your dispatcher, Christian, was polite and professional. The driver, Nikolai, was polite and respectful. My vehicle was picked up Monday evening, the same day I made the reservation, and deliver to Florida the next morning.
