Nicola was very courteous, friendly, and efficient when I phoned to ask some questions before booking the holiday. She also advise about the optional part of the holiday, and completed all our passport details etc over the phone. Excellent service.

I booked online and I didn't find the website very intuitive. I struggled to find the part where I should input the passport and travel insurance information. I was glad I was able to put down a deposit first and then go back into the website with the other information later. I appreciated being sent paper copies of our booking as our printer isn't working!
