Booking with Riviera Travel was simple and straightforward. We had already looked online and chosen our river cruise but had some questions. Everything was handled efficiently by Laurie Mathieson and our booking was made.

Very easy process to book a holiday - the advisor was friendly and helpful. I had started to do it online but after a bit was advised to complete the booking via 'phone which I duly did. The advisor took me through the process very efficiently and I received formal confirmation via e-mail very soon after the call. I was extremely satisfied with my experience.

We did look on-line and had a good idea of what we wanted to book but had a few questions as we were looking ahead at a river cruise summer 2026. We rang the contact number and the adviser was very helpful and clear, answering all our questions. Booking made and looking forward to it !!

Booking the tour was made so simple by the most helpful lady. She explained everything clearly and precisely and was so kind and polite. It was obvious from the first moment that she knew her stuff and was able to give immediate and clear answers to all my questions. She needed to consult with a different department and promised to ring back that same afternoon. very often, these promises are not kept, but she rang me back a few hours later with answer to a specific question. All-round service of the highest order.
