we looked at a couple of websites but we found yours to be the least complicated and we had no surprises we we got the total cost we dealt with a man by the name of Laurie Mathieson who found to be very knowledgeable and courteous he is a credit to your company Jennifer Mc Donald

Got the holiday I wanted when I wanted would have been better to fly from my local airport direct but not available

Very impressed with the booking system. Easy to use. Laurie deserves a special mention for his professionalism and helpful attitude.

Easy enough to view the options and make a booking. Had an issue once logged into My Account as I could not see the booking made. However, a quick email to customer services resolved the issue as they made the connection manually. Have since used the system and was able to login and update my details very easily.

I rang Riviera instead of booking online and I spoke to a wonderful lady, Sharon, who was so helpful. She explained everything even down to the small details. As my husband was out I asked if we could mull things over. She offered to put the reservation on hold and call us later that afternoon. She rang at the agreed time and went through everything again with my husband. She was so friendly and extremely helpful. It has been so long since we have received this level of service and can't wait for our visit to Italy!

Extremely efficient and helpful staff made booking very straightforward.

Good experience, dealt with by a friendly but professional member of their team. Listened well to what we wanted and to questions we asked. Gave helpful replies which enabled us to evaluate them and go ahead with our booking.

Very good experience from start to finish with no problems whatsoever. Booked a holiday in July over the phone and everything went as smooth as silk. Its nice to talk to somebody over the phone who knows what he is talking about and doesn't sound like a army drill instructor. First class job all round.

I have recently booked a Solo Holiday with Riviera Travel (will my first experience of a Solo Holiday) I spoke to Amanda who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I decided to book, as I had already researched the holiday. Going on my booking experience, I would recommend Riviera Travel.

We phoned and spoke to Laurie who gave us complete confidence in our booking. Having traveled many times over many years, this is our usual experience. Brilliant service. Thanks.

I wasn't going to write a review because it's something I just don't bother with, but after talking to colleagues since returning about how poor the trip was, I have been persuaded to air my thoughts. The staff and food were both excellent and this is the reason I have given two stars. However, the organisation of the market visits was absolutely ridiculous. One day spent on the river (very boring) and then one of the days visiting two markets. Bonn market was not even open!!! We were all walking around waiting for the huts to open but only one did before we all had to get back on the ship. On the last day we had to be out of our rooms by 9am but we did not get picked up until 4.30pm so just sat around bored to tears. Apparently, this was day five of our holiday. The evening entertainment was sad. The young man playing guitar was probably very good but we couldn't hear him because he played so quietly. Will never do another river cruise.

The trip has not yet taken place - but making arrangements for it was great: we had to make adjustments to our trip and We had excellent help from your admin team in dealing with this. Many thanks - let’s hope the trip is just as good (if previous experiences with Riviera are anything to go by I’m sure it will be)..
