Made a booking - poor after service
Made a booking - no problem at all. However despite 2 emails to customer service almost a week ago, I’ve not had a response. Doesn’t fill me with confidence I’ve chosen the right cruise operator here.

The ability to communicate with one particular agent who took a personal interest in my booking. It was never suggested that I 'go online'. Able to make contact seven days a week

Completed the booking without any problems The advisor understood what we required and all was completed in quick time

Response was confirming holiday was slow. However, setting up and logging onto an account is a nonsense. Who on earth is going to remember a 14 digit number. given that I must have over 100 aps on my phone all wanting different passwords, some with upper and lower case some with numbers etc. Stupid to think this is customer friendly.
Elaine was really helpful. She answered all our queries in a polite and positive manner which allowed us to book the holiday trip we were hoping for.

Have just booked my first holiday with Riviera. As I had a couple of queries used the phone. Sharon who dealt with my queries and sorted out the booking was so helpful and efficient. I’m hoping the holiday lives up to the excellent customer service so far!

What a great booking experience with Laurie. Simple, answered all our questions, so very polite and helpful. We all commented after coming off the phone how different it was to previous experience with different holiday providers. A great start which fills me with confidence for the trip!
Booking on-line went smoothly with Nicky, following my initial call to ask questions with Daniel, who reserved the holiday whilst I made my decision.

I've done long-haul holidays with Riviera before and always found them an excellent company to deal with both before and during the trip. This time was no different. I had some questions prior to booking the New Zealand holiday, in particular the process for an upgrade on the flights, which Laurie answered and set my mind at ease, Looking forward to the trip, which a New Zealander tells me covers everything you'd want to see on a visit there.
