We had looked on line and decided where and when we were wanting to go away. Filled all the necessary information in and then got back in touch with the office who had already rung offering help. It was a smooth and quick process to pay the deposit and get clarification on a few things. Laurie was very friendly and helpful. Counting the days off now!

Rang Saturday afternoon asking about a particular holiday, Sharon was most helpful and carried on after 5 even though I said we could ring the next day. We provisionally booked a holiday and we were rung the next day to check we were still interested. We did in fact change our thoughts and looked at another holiday, Sharon was incredibly patient, helpful at all times (which is rare today) and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble for her, very impressive.

Easy to book online with good choice of departure airports and dates. Initially there was an issue with the payment page freezing but this must have been picked up somehow as I had a phone call from Riviera to see if I needed any help. I have holidayed with Riviera a number of times and they are always my first choice when looking for holidays.
