Excellent customer service. All aspects of holiday booked explained and discussed with us. Agent open to questions and was engaging in all contact with us. Subsequent confirmation of booking received promptly.

All three agents I spoke to were very friendly and the first lady made a provisional booking till some transport information was forthcoming. The process for getting this information was slow, but was eventually received.

I contacted Riviera and got a call back almost immediately during the Bank Holiday weekend. As ever Laurie was efficient and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip.

Very easy to book and very helpful staff. We have travelled with Riviera before and had a wonderful holiday. So we were very keen to travel with them again.

Just back from our 4th holiday with Riviera. Coach trip around Morocco. Paul, our tour manager was fantastic, ably assisted by Mo. We saw fabulous places, would definitely recommend. Off to Italy with the same company in November.

Disaster trip on the Douro , engine failure which they tried to cover up. Wine tastings promised but they turned out to be just a free glass of red or white wine, no history nothing . Not a gastronomic tour of the Douro regions! Food on board a challenge, few choices if you don’t like the menu. Certainly NOT the trip that was advertised!

It’s been a few years since I first used Riviera Travel and I can say my experience this time was even better than the last one. The representative was very knowledgeable about the area I wanted to go to. I am travelling solo and it is good to know that Riviera will have a representative with our group at all times. The holiday is good value, their documents were issued within a few minutes and I was told exactly what will happen in the future reference contact with Riviera Travel.

Booking is very straightforward. I was able to find all the information I needed to help me make my choice. Low deposit is a good feature, especially when booking for a date 12 - 15 months hence.

Genuinely friendly telephone representatives, booking was a breeze. Web site it’s also very easy to use with all the required information to hand.

Just been on the Monet's Garden, Loire and Fontainebleau trip. Really enjoyed it with a very good main hotel, varied visits from Monet's Garden, chateaux to wine tasting, space on the coach to spread out and a very good tour manager and driver. Have booked my next trip to France with Riviera already.

Just returned from a 4 day trip to Paris & Versailles which was brilliant. Our tour manager was Richard who was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble for him so thanks to him. Paris is a great city with so much to see and Versailles is stunning so time to rewatch the series again to see the actors in the hall of mirrors we walked in. Would totally recommend this tour and Riviera as they are as good as it gets.
