We've had a number of trips with Riviera over the years and always had great service. Found it quite straight forward searching and booking on line recently. However, when it came to adding names and details of passengers, the Riviera website wouldn't let me do that for some reason. So I called the company and had great service over the phone. Eileen updated my details and I recieved confirmation within 24 hours.

Umbria is an attractive Italian province, on the western side of the Appennine mountains. Riviera's Signature tour, based in Perugia, enabled us to visit 5+ towns, and more. The visits to a winery and olive oil mill, with meals served at each, were particularly enjoyable. All the daily trips were worthwhile. We felt a little tired at the end of the holiday but happy to have seen a great deal over the 8 days. The hotel where we were based was very good. Our tour manager, Claudio, could not have been more attentive. If there had not been an avoidable delay in meeting Claudio after we arrived at Rome airport, I would have given this holiday a fifth star.
I've made a booking for September 2026. All my queries were answered by very friendly staff: Daniel and Pat. I was very impressed. Let's hope it continues this way! So far I would thoroughly recommend.
Very helpful team member Daniel talked me through the booking process, at all times checkng that I understood cabin choices, flight times etc. He covered everything I needed to know and I was happy to confirm the booking straight away.
I tried to change the date of my holiday within 24hrs of booking due to a mistake with the dates. They wouldn't let me book any earlier dates as they were cheaper. I could only book a more expensive holiday at a later date or lose my deposit of £1000.
