River Valley Loans Reviews

I’ve recently taken out my second loan with River Valley. The customer service was always professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The process was very smooth and easy with funds being deposited the same day. Highly recommend 😊

It was a great experience and very simple and easy to get it going

I needed emergency money and fast and you guys approved me within minutes and money was there in my bank account the next morning right when I needed it! Thank you guys you don’t know how much I needed this money!! Definitely will refer you guys to my friends and family!

As promised you approved me and got me my $ before the bank opened today.

It was easy and the money was fast to go into my account

River Valley Loans is a scam. If you need money go anywhere else or you'll be paying them large amounts for a small loan for the rest of your life. Sure they'll get you the money, but what they don't tell you up front is that you're charged like 600% interest. Also, even though you can set up the loan online, you can't make the payoff for the loan amount online. You have to call their customer service who don't seem to know how to do anything except take payments. They have no authorization or ability to do anything and even the "supervisors" aren't able to do anything. I will never use this service again and I hope this helps to keep other from falling into this trap as well.

River Valley is a legit cash advance loan. It's not like those scams out there asking for a bunch of info just for you to get no fund. The application process is super easy and the fund was available on my account 1 day later. If you looking for a loan River Valley is the place to go.

This is the FASTEST loan place, I have been to!! I LITERALLY, received the funds within just a couple of hours! Super easy, user friendly, had NO problems whatsoever! I highly recommend!!

Disgusting company. Will not tell you about insanely high interest rates. Predatory Lender. Class action lawsuit currently against them. I tried to settle and instead they made it just a normal payment instead of settlement payment. No email communication has been received with regard to the issue.

I was pleased with how Gloria helped me and it was quick very professional

Fast, easy to apply. Friendly customer service and money deposited with in a few hours.

Fast and simple

I loved that it was simple and easy. And above all, quick response.

I was pleasantly surprised how quick and professional the loan process was. The staff was very helpful and answered all my concerns. I had an emergency situation and was able to have the cash available within 24 hours. Yes the interest rate is high and I would advise you pay off as early as possible, BUT I had the cash needed to cover my situation. I will definitely use again. GLORIA the customer rep did an awesome job helping me with the process! Thank you!
