My experience with Rightmove was smooth and hassle free as the gentleman James handled my application professionally and I am stratified by their services.

Friendly, informative and efficient

Extortionate pricing compared to the other property portals - exactly why we are no longer using Rightmove. The profits this year say it all, not affordable for small independent agents. No support for small businesses.

I purchased a VERY large sofa Through the doors it just wouldn't fit But thanks to Tony and Jordan They battled,they never did quit! They're the friendliest courteous fellas And I'm positive you will approve If you want a perfect removal job I Highly recommend RIGHT MOVE!!!!

Rightmove have merged the sold price details of the ground and first floor flat into one property. We own the first floor flat and I've written to Rightmove twice to ask them to correct this but they say they get the information from the deeds registry. I have made sure the deeds registry info is correct but Rightmove have still not corrected this. This is adversely impacting our ability to sell the property and I can't believe there isn't a manual way to correct this. It also makes me doubt how I can trust their information overall.

Overseas Property Support a Shambles Despite the less than glowing reviews I decided to contact the Rightmove Overseas Property Team to see what a seller gets for £130/month. Having been left on hold for 10 mins, the original call handler came back to say there was no one available to speak to me, but I could fill out an online form and take a chance, after all, she stated they were the No1 Property Sales site in the UK. My enquiry related to what data was available regarding site visits, searches, subscribers etc for the Spain Section. I was told there were none available. Comparing transparency, reach and offering/what you get for your money, these guys seem to have their heads in the sand and are completely unaware of the competition from the likes of Place in the Sun, Idealista etc

The Rightmove agent I dealt with, Tonicha, was knowledgeable, courteous and empathetic whilst also being professional throughout the whole process. She kept me informed about what was happening, the probable timeline and options for fulfilling their requirements. In all I couldn’t fault them.

Very good services. It was easy to reach and made the realtor search stress free.

The service rep was unable to answer my question directly but promised to forward my request to the tech department to see if anything could be accomplished. I look forward to hearing back (I hope). I do give props for a very quick response so it seems that Rightmove does take their client base seriously.

Never on hold for very long, friendly and helpful staff answer phone each time and help problem solve delays in referencing etc. Very happy with service provided so far.

Sick to death of them not removing listings then calling to find theyve already sold. Stop wasting peoples time just because you cant be bothered to do your simple jobs!

Dear Rightmove, Please add a filter option for PETS, when advertising places to let!!! This would save people so much trouble!
