Very knowledgeable rep who fitted myself and a couple friends. She did a great job explaining the products and going over the advantages of each airvest and then fitting them. Helped us make good informed decisions on what would work best for each of us.

There was a delay due to the manufacturer’s restocking. I was updated frequently and when the breeches were lost via shipping, they quickly sent another pair that arrived overnight. I appreciate the exceptional customer service and the breeches are perfection!

I needed guidance to purchase a helite vest for my granddaughter as i have no equestrian experience. I was contacted via text very quickly when I requested assistance. The texting conversation was very helpful. The vest arrived more quickly than expected An outstanding experience. I cannot review the vest, as she has yet to fall.

Ride Equisafe was truly wonderful to deal with from start to finish. Catherine is truly so knowledgeable and helpful, she helped with measurements and helped me with the decision of which vest to choose. I decided with the helite zip in 2, and it was a wonderful choice. Lightweight, comfortable and looks wonderful with show coats. As a industry where we are constantly putting ourselves in potential harms way, it gave me a sense of comfort knowing I can get on the young ones with some more protection. A small business like this , I would 1000% recommend Catherine again, and have to a fellow rider who needed a vest. I told her to go to ride equisafe and reach out to Catherine; she will help a girl out. We need more people like you in this industry. One of the worst experiences of online shopping and online support in a long Time. I order almost everything o line these days due to so many stores being short staffed and or having inventory problems. When I had pointed out that the shipping promise on the website was inaccurate, that was just fixed, without helping me and the issue it created. When then the item wasn’t as it was described and shown on the website I wasn’t even offered a return label. I spent more time reaching out to the customer service team and not getting any help from their end. This is truly frustrating and disappointing, especially, because I have kept a very positive and upbeat attitude when communicating

quick shipping and great customer service..when I had a question about a part of my order they were fast to respond. Definitely will order from Ride EquiSafe again!!!
