I can’t say enough good things about…

I can’t say enough good things about Ride Equisafe! Catherine’s knowledge of the products is exemplary and she goes above and beyond to educate and help riders during the process of purchasing safety equipment. As a trainer and rider I feel safety is so important but I also have a unique perspective as I’m also a Pediatric RN! I have seen kids at their BEST and WORST health and I am grateful to see safety equipment gaining popularity in our sport. All of my riding students have purchased vests and we are proud to be taking this extra safety precaution so we can enjoy our sport safely. I highly recommend Ride Equisafe to all equestrians looking to purchase safety equipment - they are simply the best!!

Carries high-quality and unique styles I have not seen in local or other online stores. Michelle helped me with my fit questions since I couldn't try on in person. My shirt arrived yesterday and it fits perfectly and is so beautiful that I could wear it to a non-horse party!

Package missing

Two weeks have gone past and my package is still missing. I’ve made two inquiries about its location. I’ve been assured they are looking for it. But no offer to refund my money or ship the needed cartridges for my air vest. But I keep receiving multiple requests to review the products I received…. Frustrating. While I will acknowledge that it is UPS that has lost the product it would be nice if EquiSafe would assist me and take the issue up with them.

Shipped the same day on a Sunday! I ordered this item at 10 am on a Sunday morning and by noon I had a tracking number! It delivered quickly and item was just what we ordered and expected. Impressed!!

My daughter’s Co2 tank

My daughter’s Co2 tank Needed replacing and I Had left the directions in my trailer, procrastinated and was within 20 minutes of her ride time and I couldn’t figure how how to change the Co2. I called Catherine and she stayed on the phone with me with step by step instructions so I could quickly change the tank. I was so relieved knowing my daughter would be safe while competing her first Training. I am very impressed and grateful for Catherine taking the time early this morning to help this frantic mom! Thanks so much!!!
