An air vest is a safety investment & I’m so glad I went to Ride Equisafe - I tried on so many different brands, styles & sizes to make sure I got the perfect one for me, and all my questions answered.

Fabulous company! I accidentally ordered the wrong size jacket (as a gift, delivered to a different city from where I live). The company was very understanding and worked with me while I had the jacket delivered to me and then back to the store. The product is exactly what my relative wanted - very light weight and perfect for this summer’s heat! Thank you Ride EquiSafe!!!!! I’ll be ordering again!!!

When I wrote in to inquire about an order I’d recently placed I received a prompt response and assistance adjusting my order so I got the product I needed as quickly as possible. I worked with Catherine and she was beyond helpful. Answered all my questions, gave multiple recommendations and explained each one so I understood why she was recommending it. Once I received my vest she followed up with a video call to ensure the fit was correct and answer any last questions. I could not be more satisfied with the exceptional service we received from Catherine at Ride EquiSafe. I had a general idea as to which product we wanted for our 10yr old daughter. Order was incorrect. The wrong item was sent and although it was corrected, it took a while for the correct shirt to be sent. It was for a birthday gift and I had to buy something else… Also the pants I ordered were not correctly marked. They claim to be a size 6 women’s in US sizes and they were more like a double zero. Not the vendor‘s fault but… She admitted that they were very very small and would not take them back because they were final sale. That’s basically the same thing as claiming some thing is red and when it arrives it’s pink. Really terrible customer service… Appalling actually. I will never shop there again and will be posting on social media about the problems I had as well as yelp. People should be warned that this vendor is unreasonable and unkind.

Excellent service. We scheduled a virtual fitting to find an air vest that would be safe yet would pass the style test for a finicky teenager. The owner talked me through the options and then spoke directly with my daughter to understand what she was looking for. She emailed me with choices that would best fit within those parameters. The one we chose arrived quickly and fit just right. Couldn't ask for more.

Catherine did a fantastic job fitting me long distance for an air vest that meets my needs. She is also extremely knowledgeable and has many informative videos that will help me learn how to use and care for my vest. I recommend this company!
