One of the worst experiences in years
One of the worst experiences of online shopping and online support in a long Time. I order almost everything o line these days due to so many stores being short staffed and or having inventory problems. When I had pointed out that the shipping promise on the website was inaccurate, that was just fixed, without helping me and the issue it created. When then the item wasn’t as it was described and shown on the website I wasn’t even offered a return label. I spent more time reaching out to the customer service team and not getting any help from their end. This is truly frustrating and disappointing, especially, because I have kept a very positive and upbeat attitude when communicating
