Good service, however for what they charge, return shipping should be paid for especially when it’s not the customer’s fault the wrong size was ordered.
Years after my first safety vest purchased from RideEquisafe, I'm on my second and Catherine Winter/RideEquisafe again went through all the options to help me make the perfect purchase. Catherine is an active and available listener. This ensured she knew my needs so she could correctly match my equipment. I love my Penelope FreeJump vest. The website contained good information about the products I was interested in, the shipment and delivery was prompt and seamless, and I find the products are awesome! I got the safety stirrups, and they are comfortable, good quality, and exactly as described.
They were supper kind to My daughter. I ordered an air vest online, and it did not fit her, so they took it back and gave us a better size. Great service

Catherine has been wonderful! She was so good fitting my vest, when the zipper broke she replaced it immediately. She introduced me to a new type of riding shirt that I love. I have been so pleased with my entire experience.
Equisafe sending times are very fast and they accommodated my exchange for a different item with no hesitation. The initial item didn't fit me that well and I communicated directly with the store by email and they were very nice and very prompt at all times. Couldn't have asked for better experience.

I ordered a helmet for my daughter after a fall. I was eager to receive the Charles Owen Boyd MS1 Pro MIPS Skull. At the time it was backordered. Ride Equisafe went beyond regular customer service. They responded to my emails promptly and ended up handing it to me at the Maryland 5* when the Charles Owen Rep brought it instead of shipping it! Amazing
