There was a problem with the fits of the vest that we got, due to a change in the styling over the years. Catherine helped us solve the issue and we had a new vest in a matter of days! I can't say enough good things about the customer service and the excellent knowledge base on all the safety gear that they have. Selling this equipment is just one thing but if you don't have the knowledge on how to correctly fit and recommend the correct product that is needed it's just another vest.

I was told that I would get the vest I ordered within a week. I signed up for shipping updates and when I didn't receive any after 3 days, I contacted the rep. The label had been created but it had not been actually picked up for shipping. After 2 weeks I am still waiting to receive it.
I bought new safety stirrups, great price, received later than expected or would have been 5 stars.
