The experience with this app is great. There are minor issues such as need more new games. More new games could give us better options to choose from. Also for the promotions,it could be a little bit more shorter times VS long times to get the rewards for the promotions. Besides that I love this app.

Some good games on, but theres been a couple of games i have played and reached milestones but didnt recieve coins. I have reported the error using the flag in the top right corner, never hear anything back and then the games i have reported (which i have put alot of time into) just dissapear from my list as soon as reported!

Unfortunately this platform is getting worse and worse! No rewards points for more then a week. It had been reliable for me so far! But not anymore :(

課金のカウントが正常に行われていなかったり、コードの認証がうまく行かなかったり、メールが届かなかったりと、いくつか不具合はありました。 でも問い合わせれば毎回、必ず丁寧なメールを送ってくれたし、きちんと対応をしてくれました。 私は日本語しか話せないので、日本語でメールを送っていましたが、文意を汲み取ってお返事をくれます。こちらも英語で送られてくるメールを翻訳して文意を汲み取ってやり取りをする感じです。 相手からしたらかなり面倒な客だったろうと思いますが、それでも毎回「何か困った事があったらこのメールに返信してください」と言ってくれて、最後まで投げ出さず面倒をみてくれました。 ギフトカードをしっかり受け取れて、大満足です！ ありがとうございました！

Sto aspettando di ricevere il pagamento da ormai più di 5 giorni, ho provato a contrarre tramite mail help@richiegames 3/4 volte ma non ho avuto nessuna risposta. Attendo vostre risposte cordiali saluti.

Trop souvent les temps de jeux ne sont pas compter donc on perd du temps.. étrangement depuis mon premier et dernier paiement impossible de dépasser les 60.000 points donc je vais désinstaller cette application

Lo que no me gusta es que tengas que llegar a un nivel concreto para recibir las recompensas,hay algunos imposibles

報酬がちゃんと変換できたのはとても良かったです。 ですが、報酬を間違ったアドレス先に送ってしまい、その解消のために報酬IDを教えてもらいたかったのですが、どんなにメールをしても、まともな返信が返って来ません。 以上を加味して星3です

Does it pay gift cards yes! Do customer services help if you have an issue no! I enjoyed the selection of games, but what's the point if when the game doesn't track no one is willing to help. App deleted.

Had some troubles getting coins credited, and had to email the customer service BUT they were super efficient and did fix my issue, allowing me to get a 90€ PayPal card that arrived 48h later. Completely satisfied, i’m now on the hunt for a second 90€ PayPal card !

They do pay on time , but you don't ever receive all your credits and their customer service don't ever respond. I have made numerous requests to get my credits.

Un po di tempo non accumulo più i coins ogni bolta che gioco

Come ho già avuto modo di esprimere in una precedente recensipne, ribadisco il mio giudizio più che positivo su questa app. I giochi sono molto vari e intetrssanti, e vengono frequentemente rinnovati; per alcuni selezionati si viene premiati per il raggiungimento di traguardi e/o livelli progressivi, e anche per combo di attività... ma anche in tutti gli altri games si guadagna per il semplice tempo di gioco, che può essere raddoppiato guardando un video, oppure anche per la costanza dei check-in giornalieri. Quindi ci si può divertire coi propri giochi preferiti sapendo comunque di non sprecare tempo: ogni minuto genera monete. L'unica cosa a mio avviso da correggere è la soglia di prelievo troppo alta. I pagamenti su PayPal sono sempre puntuali (dopo 2/3 gg ), anche se si può acquistare l'opzione di pagamento immediato.

Ho appena ritirato 45€, speriamo arrivino. Due settimane fa stavo per ritirare 90€ da un gioco in cui ho speso una 30ina di € e mi è sparito dalla schermata principale dei miei giochi (2 livelli e sarei arrivato a 150€). Molto probabilmente sono scaduti i giorni, ma in questo caso dovrebbe esserci un countdown che avverte il giocatore che mancano pochi giorni e che sarebbe meglio ritirarli. Il mio nome account è @angelofa se dovete verificare. In caso si sistemi il problema sarò lieto di aggiungere anche le altre due stelle ma ormai me la sono gia messa via che sono andati persi.
