Nevermind now it's always having me do a verification for suspicious activity idk what's up with there systems but it hasn't rewarded me for the last time it had me do it and now all I did was download another games and played it and as soon as I got the first couple reward marks it triggered it again I'm not playing anymore....it didn't reward me the last time and I'm not about to waste any more time ....it didn't do that when I first played it for the first pay out ...I only had to verify for my payout witch I paied the subscription for and was instant took about 2 hours but still got paid same day now it done 3 verification back to back and not rewarding me so fix your system Richie games but something is wrong or it's rigged idk

This app is fantastic and I dont ever have any problems out of it - Until I try to cashout. I even subscribed to Richie Games + at $20 a month, which is supposed to be their 'Premium' subscription that includes "Instant Payout", so you dont have to wait to get your payment. Well, each time I've tried to get an Instant Payout since I've been paying for the subscription, I have not been successful in my endeavor. For example, on August 24, I attempted a cashout of $100, with an instant payout, but instead, its now August 30, and the cashout is still showing as "Under Review" and not one word from anyone at Richie Games to let me know if or when they will pay, so anyone's guess is as good as mine is. Also, seeing that since the premium membership Richie offers is absolutely useless to me (I only got it for the instant payouts) I have canceled that subscription. Its also worth noting that canceling the so-called subscription was most definitely in my best interest since Richie has decided to move the threshold to cash out to 1 million coins, which is absolutely frikken crazy and I'm just going to leave it at that...

新しいゲーム案件が出なくなり、アンケートしかできない状態から既に２ヶ月以上も経過している。コインの換金ハードルは高い上に、回答資格の時点でふるい落としてくるアンケートだけでは稼ぎにくく、事実上もう二度と換金できない状態になった また換金に関しても、visaで同じ額を二回連続で得ると二回目が無かったことにされる。しっかり換金の承認はされているのに、その二回目は「追加審査中。24時間から48時間かかる」とメールで放置して音沙汰無し 追加のメールが来なければ、身に覚えがないのに「お前は規約違反してる可能性があるからダメ」とイチャモンつけられてその時点でゲームオーバー。これ以前に2025年4月辺りで換金に必要なコインの価値が2/3に下げられているし、もうどうしようもない 最初にAmazon giftで15000円交換。その次に、二回連続でvisa120$と交換。これら三つはまとめてやりました。しかし、三つとも承認されたはずなのに、最後の一つだけがずっと放置されています Amazon gift15000円と、一回目のvisa120$は「レビューを書けばもらえる」とメールで来たので、その通りにした直後に報酬がもらえました 他のもらえていない人のケースを参考にすると、「そちらからgame rewardsへメールを返信しろ」とありますが、その人は３ヶ月以上も返事をもらえず無視されています。自分もダメ元でやってみましたが、やはり返答はありませんでした 4ヶ月ぐらいコインを貯めてから、まとめて交換するのが規約違反だと言いたいのでしょうか？　交換レートなどを黙って改悪しておいて本当に情けない ユーザーID@E7ZpHMhykt

Richie games claims that if the user spend his or hers own currency. The user will receive cash back. Richie games demands of certain users to make 5 purchases to receive your rewards. Richie games software plays over everything on a device. So know matter what you're doing on a device there tracking and receiving revenue. Richie games is receiving advertising revenue for countless hours of advertisements the user will have to endure to achieve a reward level. With no intent on rewarding the user. CRIMINAL!!! #Classactionany1!!

I am not understanding why every game im playing on the richie games app is NOT crediting the reward checkpoints ive successfully passed. After reading review after review I know its not just a random issue so whats really going on richie games? Has greed overcome richie games? No one just gets paid out without a delay. No one has ever seen anyone actually achieve the million point spin on the daily wheel. Seems no one can actually just play a game and recieve the rewards they have earned. Whats the real issue here because it definitely isnt the players. This isnt a small scale situation there has to be thousands of players. Richie games really doesnt have a real website that has factual information. I wouldn't be surprised if someone somewhere is probably already working on some type of thing on exposing the truth with this app.( seems that the app wants to keep misleading everyone) To many people are encountering the same problems over and over. It used to be a decent app. I feel like all of the game players are being taken advantage of and the app is making all the money

Richie games app began in 2023 and in 2025 another company (Aonic) acquired a stake in the company(mega fortuna)that developed richie games. There may be some out there that say this is where the shift in negativity started. I just started playing on the app in 2025 so I dont know what it was like in the years before but from what I understand it used to be pretty respected. I hate the fact that its reputation is sliding the other way. For 6 months ive been avidly gaming on this app. Ive not had any super negative experiences within the 6 months and im really hoping that I dont experience any more than I already am. I try really hard to find all the positive aspects of the app to always keep highlighted in my opinions but its starting to become a bit more difficult lately because everyday there seems to be more and more issues adding up. Do I still like richie games app. Yes. I do. Do I know a lot about the app? Yes.. yes I do. And I will continue playing on the app because I do like the games I play on there . I also always want to clarify that I do start my reviews at a 1 star review because richie games app tends to only read the negative reviews and I do want them to know they have some real fans of the app out here. Some of us are super dedicated to the app. Lol I think they should give me a job working for them at this point. Theres around 10 million downloads of the richie games app so it likely has several million players on a daily bases so it probably is difficult to respond to multiple thousands of emails and payout request a day and this could possibly be a reason why they do respond to only the negative reviews on here because its manageable. As always. I leave my review open for revisement and will edited upon how situations transpire. (Ive always edited to a 5 star and or deleted to stay current with my reviews) Current payout request was made 8-24 today is the 5th business days so hopefully I recieve my current payout on time. I giochi sono belli a differenza di quelli proposti da applicazioni simili. Ho già riscattato 45 euro ma ora dovrei riscattare altri. Ho completato l'arena 21 su match masters come richiesto ma non compare. Non è giusto che si perda del tempo con un gioco r poi non ti venga calcolato. Il mio nome utente è @puffetta

Richie games a rip of nothing but a scam artist

Hi, I've been waiting for 10 days and trying to contact Richie Games support in every way, but to no avail. A €45 PayPal voucher is still under review without any communication, so I'm forced to give it a low rating for now. @Code47

I don't see how I did anything wrong but I am still disappointed I have 2 payouts that say under review one for 100 and the other for 125 and I haven't received either but they are still in my rewards as pending review and I have received emails back but no answers yet and I sent my screenshots

I completed a challenge but did not get credit for it. When I emailed the team about it several times I never receive any emails in return and no reply. It was something I spent much time and money on and all for nothing. Very disappointed and angry.

E un app molto bello ci sono tanti giochi e pagamento perfetto l'unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare e che se uno vuole cominciare da capo un gioco non riesce

L'app è perfetta e paga ma ha solo un piccolo problema che credo sia normale ci vuole un sacco ma davvero un sacco di tempo per accumulare monete
