La mia experiencia con RICHIE GAME .... Es fantástica. Paga de verdad, cuando hay un problema y le escribe te responde, asi que a mi me encanta lo retiro ll he recibido y estoy muy emocionada te haver encontrado esta app ...los juego me encantan si que se hacen pequeñas inversiones pero al final la recompensa son mas grande del 1 al 10 yo le doy 100 gracias Richie game Gente pueden confiar es fantástica

The app doesn't always give earned coins it just closes the game app. Takes a long time to earn coins. More paypal rewards would be good

I played and I try to redeem my point and I never got my gift card not even an email with the code and I also send an email for help and no response I think you are a fraud

Très bonne application. Fonctionne parfaitement et très attractif. 3etoiles car depuis quelques temps je n'arrive plus à me connecter. Je mettrai 5etoiles si le problème et résolu.

Kundenservice sehr freundliches Personal. Könnte vielleicht die Erreichung der Punktzahl zu verbessern wird manchmal nicht richtig gezählt. Könnte vielleicht auch die Quest Prämien zu reduzieren bzw die gezählt Punktzahl auf die Hälfte.

They responded that if I need help to contact them at the email that I've already sent multiple emails to with no response. Feels like a delay tactic so maybe I'll just give up or go away. So need a better way to contact them where they can't hide...Sad they should reach out to me in all the emails sent instead of taking time to reply to a review You would think that if somebody quote unquote didn't comply with their rules and that there was an issue with their reward that the company would contact them and discuss it or at least give them the option to discuss it I have received no contact from you as a company I have received no contact from you from me sending emails and I'm now going to take this further and other actions because this is not okay and I'm sure there's something illegal about it somewhere because you are ripping people off

Bonsoir ! J'apprécie beaucoup les jeux sur Richie mais je rencontré beaucoup de problème avec cette application ! Très souvent elle ne pas les points pour les temps de jeux elle rencontré souvent des dysfonctionnements l'application n'est pas encore au pointe je vous invite à procéder aux vérifications ! Depuis la dernière mise à jour cette dernière ne fonctionne que de façon aléatoire !

As of August 8th 2025 Ritchie games has owed me $100 reward gift card that I earned and cashed out for it is August 25th so it has been 18 days I have had no response from customer service I wrote a review a few days ago and took the person's advice from Richie games nobody got a hold of me and I'm still waiting for my rewards Richie games can somebody please get a hold of me and fix the situation you cannot tell me you can't find my account I'm I'm signed up with trust pilot with the same account that I use for your guys's gaming platform so please fix my account and fix the situation and make it right because what you guys are doing is not right and when I got a hold of the person or somebody contacted me from leaving a review on here the person said put hashtag my account and my Richie account and somebody would get back to me I did that and nobody got back to me I haven't heard a word from customer service or anybody for that matter and I've reached out to everybody so can somebody from Richie games please help me.

You need to make your payout system lower. It took me months to get to the point level of One million in order to cash out $100. Also I earned most of my points by making in-app purchases so it cost me $ to make $. Rewards for beating levels need to be higher.

I won $100 and now they won't pay!!!! Whoever says "good app, great fast support, and love the payouts " are LIARS!!

My experience has been awesome. I get paid for playing the games I like and there are plenty to choose from. The payouts are real. Customer service is extremely helpful and quick with a response. I recommend so far 5 out of 5.

All of this in this application you will lose your money it will require you to pay about 20 dollars and when you pay you will get the gift in the application when you complete the requirements you will withdraw when I requested to withdraw they attended my account because I opened the account in more than one device and this reason is not sufficient I have two devices meaning it is normal for me to open the account in the device and they say that this is the reason for blocking and this is not sufficient reason so I will change my comment and I will stop this when the problem is solved and my money is sent they tell me to contact us by email but they do not I sent more than 30 messages

Non sono molto chiari su come si riceva la ricompensa visto che poi levano qualche euro per le commissioni. Però dopo un po' di tempo e una mail di sollecito il pagamento è arrivato quindi sono comunque affidabili.
