This company is really hard to get hold of. They are very communicative, sending texts and reminders of when they are coming, but when you want to get in touch with them it is impossible. I've been trying to message them saying that we need a van to deliver as we live on a single track lane but no-one responded. On the morning of the deliver, they called to say they were 15 minutes away. I asked them what kind of vehicle they had and they said it was a 3.5T which will get up our lane, although it is tight. A panel van would have been better. I gave them our what3words address and told them how to get up the road. We waited in....noone came, noone called. I called 4 times and texted but no response. We saw a van drive away from our neighbourhood so it may have been them but we cannot call customer services and cannot contact the company on whats app as stated. This is so frustrating because we were depending on the product to finish building work.

We ordered two sofas. The worst service ever. Completely unprofessional drivers and service. The delivery driver knocked on the door. I was in the bathroom, heard the ring and I was on my way to the door. He left within a minute. My mum who was out dropping her child to school would’ve been home the allocated time as well. But they came before the time. They were rude and unprofessional and demand that I pay for redelivery. Even though it’s completely their fault. Was given no help at all. Don’t use this courier service.

Links never work, 1 text saying delivery is due the next day, another saying it’s cancelled, their IT system is obviously broken. Same issue in multiple deliveries from Dusk. Tried to use their help system and ended up in an infuriating automated loop that provided 0 help. I get issues can come up but in this day and age the tech needs to work at least to a basic level.

Very well kept informed with emails and messages about my item being delivered received a 2 hour delivery slot time evening before and driver text me when he was near to delivery , delivery man very pleasant, polite and helpful

Had garden furniture delivery, very bulky and on a really hot day, the two delivery men were very polite and friendly and carried everything to the patio which is half way doe my garden which is large. Thank you .
