Communication only Flows one Way
This company is really hard to get hold of. They are very communicative, sending texts and reminders of when they are coming, but when you want to get in touch with them it is impossible. I've been trying to message them saying that we need a van to deliver as we live on a single track lane but no-one responded. On the morning of the deliver, they called to say they were 15 minutes away. I asked them what kind of vehicle they had and they said it was a 3.5T which will get up our lane, although it is tight. A panel van would have been better. I gave them our what3words address and told them how to get up the road. We waited in....noone came, noone called. I called 4 times and texted but no response. We saw a van drive away from our neighbourhood so it may have been them but we cannot call customer services and cannot contact the company on whats app as stated. This is so frustrating because we were depending on the product to finish building work.
