I have been waiting in for my delivery. No call from the courier and showing on the app as they turned up and missed me. This is not true. 2 people were in a small house waiting and we would have seen. Please get in contact with me urgently. Delivery post code ST4 7FH. Zero places to contact the delivery company - the whatsapp is a robot and no one answers the phone...
