While I appreciate the convenience, some restaurants seem to charge premium prices for Resy bookings compared to calling directly. The app itself works fine, but I've started calling restaurants first to compare pricing.

Does what it's supposed to do. The interface is okay and booking is straightforward enough. I don't understand all the hype though - it's basically just a reservation system. Some restaurants still prefer phone calls anyway.
