The contractor that arrived from rentolkil showed great knowledge and seriousness to get us the job done.
Everyone who came to our property to deal with our rat problem was kind, clear and explained exactly what they were doing and why. Torin & Gary were particularly excellent at all these things. I also never felt like I was being upsold items or services I didn’t need. I did have to chase the drains experts for their results, which took a little bit of time. Ultimately, we haven’t heard from the rats in weeks and Rentokil came round and sorted it. I would use them again, but I hope I don’t have to!

Out work depot moved to a new property & within a week Pest Control Technician Chris Clark attended and set up out pest control. Chris took the time to assess our needs and explained how the new pest connect system works, he advised us how to contact him & that he would be visiting to do routines in future. Chris was very knowledgeable & approachable, i would recommend Him & Rentokil to anyone needing pest control put in place
