Callum our surveyor was scrupulous in identifying and explaining the silverfish infestation and providing appropriate suggested action.Tom, Kevin and Declan were always polite and efficient in carrying out the treatments. We have just finished the treatment and are hopeful that the problem has been sorted. Time will tell.

Christian was a very helpful young man, who respected his environment, got on with the job in hand whilst being very polite. Explained what needing to be done, going forward.

Their team is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and they've kept us updated throughout the whole process, from the initial survey of the property to the pest control itself. They are honest in their estimation of the scale of the problem and explain every step of the process to you. A special mention of Laura who is absolutely amazing! She is so friendly, respectful of your home, and excellent at her job.

Blocked the entrance to my road. They parked in a position where it blocked the entrance to the little road where three houses are. I don't even think the person was on a job. They just got out and ran as if they were going on a jog. It was very strange. There was more than enough room to park further back which would not have blocked the road. Reg DN71 VYJ
